FactoryLogix® is a MES system that manages, monitors and synchronizes in real time the execution of physical processes involving the transformation of raw materials into semi-finished and/ or finished products. The MES is able to dialogue with business management systems (ERP), with software for product lifecycle management (PLM), acquire data from machines and from this interaction it is possible toplanand coordinate the execution of production orders. Finally, the MES application provides feedback on process performance, supports component and material traceability, product genealogy, and process history.

NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The functionality of an MES system is measured by its ability to optimize processes by adapting them to the characteristics of the production environment. FactoryLogix® with the NPI module offers a complete package that allows the control of design CAD, to easily assign BOM components to workstations, to compile machining instructions in a guided manner, to create process templates, to plan and manage production resources.

PRODUCTION

The application is designed to maximize the exchange of information between engineering and production, reduce paper usage and control the progress of the production cycle. The module installed on production stations through an intuitive and configurable interface offers extensive functionality to assist line operators: it allows you to enter progress checks, view assembly support information as well as digital 3D videos and models, report any problems encountered and request materials. The module provides diverse functionality for different roles, such as managers can access traceability, view WIP updates, and authorize certain operations.

FactoryLogix® monitors production and automatically reacts to line requests, ensuring an appropriate supply for proper production planning. Configurable reports, customizable dashboards with real-time information, and mobile interfaces, allow all employees to "create" the information they need, with an intuitive and easy-to-read graphical interface.

NPI ENGINEERING, PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT AND COMPIULATION OF THE PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

The NPI (New Product Introduction) module offers a complete set for the control of the CAD design software, easily assigning the BOM components to the work stations, being guided into the compiling of the processing instructions, creating process templates, planning and managing the production resources.

The ability to share tasks between large groups of engineers drastically reduces the time intercurring between research, development and production, enabling greater operational efficiency, faster decision making process, quality improvement and visibility.

PRODUCTION, WIP PRODUCTION PROCESSES CONTROL, TRACEABILITY, QUALITY, TEST DATA COLLECTION, DIAGNOSTICS, RMA, RMO

This application is conceived to quicken the information exchange between designing and production, reduce the paper use and monitoring the productive cycle processing.

The module, installed on the work stations through a configurable and user-friendly interface offers a wide variety of possibilities to assist the line operators: it allows to display the support information for the assembly, paired with video and digital 3D models, to report any problem occurring during the assembly process or the repairing and request materials

LOGISTICS OPTIMIZATION AND EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF MATERIALS FROM THE WAREHOUSE TO THE PRODUCTION LINE

Graphical Reports and charts that - configurable not only by the IT office - allow management to immediately receive the information they need while automatic notifications facilitate the work of management and quality staff.

The Dashboards allow to show in real time the development of the lines, while the alarms promptly notify managers and maintenance workers in the event of line stops or failures.
The add-on module for Quality management amplifies the potential of the Production and Analytics modules, allowing management of Non-Conformities and taking corrective actions according to the CAPAS and FRACAS methodologies

XLink MACHINE DATA ACQUISITION

For the purposes of connectivity and the circulation of information, the MES allows to collect data from production lines and machines through generic or specific integrations for the different equipment manufacturers, to use OPC UA connections to facilitate the exchange of data between logic controllers programmable (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) and to fully exploit the potential of the protocol

xTend: SYSTEM-TO-SYSTEM INTEGRATION

The integrations allow you to dynamically transfer data to and from ERP business management systems and systems for managing the life cycle of PLM products.

CANAVISIA'S IOT INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS

Using the IPC CFX protocol, Canavisia IoT devices integrate perfectly with the FactoryLogix system and allow even older machinery to transmit data on consumption and production flows in a non-invasive way.
